GIT Student Body
Global Institute of Theology is a rainbow community with students from various parts of the world having rich traditions and ministerial experiences. The students unanimously believe that any belief, any worship, any practice, any theology is one part of the truth. And students live together at Yonsei Campus to enrich one another with various traditions and familial bonding as well as envelop each with love and care.
GIT Student Body, as represented by its Student Council, nurtures the international student community of the Global Institute of Theology by facilitating community life through worship and social activities, promoting camaraderie through cooperation and mutually-affirming relationships, and ensuring that all members are informed and consulted through democratic processes in pursuit of common objectives as a body and as students.
The Student Council also advocates for the rights and privileges of the student body with the GIT Administration and Yonsei University. It supports the same in its pursuit of academic excellence, Christian service and genuine peace.
Worship: Worship is the main occasion at which GIT students come together to praise God and share the richness of one’s own culture, country and ministerial experiences.
