Commencement ceremony will be held as follows.

A. Commencement Ceremony (for all Yonsei Students)

■ Date & Time: Aug 31 2018, 11:00am
■ Venue: Main Auditorium (연세대학교 대강당)
■ Please be seated before the ceremony starts. After 11:00am, the attendees couldn’t go out until the ceremony ends to avoid congestion. If you are late, please go to 2nd floor since the main entrance is closed.

B. Commemorative Photograph with UGST Professors

■ Date & Time: Aug 31 2018, 1:30pm (Please arrive by 13:15pm)
■ Venue: In front of Underwood Theology Hall
■ The photos can be downloaded after graduation at the following website: http://webhard.yonsei.ac.kr (ID: ysugst, PW: 1234).

C. Commencement Ceremony (for United Graduate School of Theology exclusive)

■ Date & Time: Aug 31 2018, 2:00pm
■ Venue: Underwood Theology Hall, Chapel Hall (2nd floor)
■ This is an exclusive commencement ceremony hosted by United Graduate School of Theology & Department of Theology after the morning commencement. The degree will be awarded to each student individually.

D. Celebration Dinner (for GIT Graduates only, with UGST Professors)

■ Date & Time: Aug 31 2018, 6:00pm
■ Venue: T-Won, Chinese Restaurant (Near Yonsei University Alumni Association Bldg) - Click here to see map
■ This is an GIT exclusive dinner hosted by Professors in United Graduate School of Theology. All GIT graduates are recommended to attend to celebrate their commencement!

E. How to Pick up Graduation Gown (Th.M. Students Only) 

■ Th.M. graduates can pick up their graduation gown from Aug 28 Tuesday to 29 Wednesday (09:30am-4:30pm) at Room 113 of Underwood Theology Hall (1st floor). Please bring a bag to put graduation gown.
■ Please bring your identification and a receipt of gown rental fee.
■ How to pay a gown rental fee (7,000KRW)

 a) Yonsei Portal (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) > LOGIN > Academic Information System > Academic Management System > Student Record > "학위가운대여(Gown Rental)" > "세탁-보관료 납부(Rental fee)" > You can find the account number (different account no. for each graduate) > After payment, please click "납부확인서(Payment Confirmation)" and print the receipt

 b) Payment period: Aug 22 2018, 09:30am ~ Aug 29 2018, 4:30pm

■ Please note that you MUST return your graduation gown to the UGST office (1st floor) by 5:00pm on Aug 31st unless you couldn't receive your degree.
■ Graduates should return all the books checked in to Yonsei Library before commencement. Otherwise, you can't be provided any degree and gown.

■ Th.D. graduates should prepare their own graduation gown, cap and hood by themselves
