Greetings from Yonsei Office of International Affairs,
Beginning from 2020.06.01(Mon), foreigners who depart from Korean without re-entry permit will have their current Alien Registration Card invalidated and will have to re-apply for a valid visa from the very beginning before re-entering Korea in the future.
We strongly emphasize that foreigners must apply for re-entry permit online through Immigration Office website (hikorea.go.kr) with all of the necessary documents prior to their departure from Korea.
