Applications for withdrawal from graduate school classes for the spring semester of 2021 are made online. If you are unable to continue taking classes for spring 2021 classes due to unavoidable reasons, please withdraw during the designated period according to the following instructions.
1. Course withdrawal procedure: Student withdrawal directly from Yonsei Portal Service
Go to Yonsei Portal Service(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Academic Information System
→ Academic Management System(Degree Programs) → Course → Course Enrollment → Apply for withdrawal
2. Application Period: April 5(Mon.) 10:00AM ∼ April 7(Wed.) 6:00PM
3. Remarks
(1) At least one course needs to remain registered after the withdrawal. In addition, a withdrawn course is not replaceable by another class.
(2) Although a withdrawn class has no effect on the GPA, 'W' (withdrawal) will appear as a remark for every withdrawn class in the official transcript. 'W' will still be reflected even if you retake the class.
(3) After withdrawing from a course during the designated period, verify that the course has indeed been withdrawn by checking the course enrollment list on the Yonsei Portal System.
(4) Tuition fees will not be refunded even if you withdraw from a course.
