[2020-2 Dormitory Move-Out Procedure]

1. Cleaning

-  Leave all drawers open for the inspection after the cleaning.

- Garbage should be packed in separate plastic bags and dumped in a designated area in front of community room on each floor.

- All the stuffs left out in the room will be discarded during the official cleaning after move out.

- Cleaning charge will be deducted if the room hasn't been cleaned (50,000 won per each room, deducting by 1/n)

2. Move out

- All students (expect Winter stay students) must leave the dormitory by 2020.12.22(Tue) 12:00 pm 

※Delayed due to the final exam can be deferred by no later than 18:00 pm (exam schedule submission required)

3. Return

- Return the card key at A or D security office on your final move out date. -> (if not, 10,000 won will be deducted)

- Returned card by proxy (ex. by roommate) or a dispatched card via mail cannot be processed properly.

4. Inspection

- General inspection for the entire room after the move out date -> Deposit will be refunded after deducting 

- Cleaning Check (whole room): Based on the individual space and facility first (if the extension stay exists) -> Garbage disposal, entire common part (including toilet and sink)

- Facility Check (individual): repair fees for individual damaged will be deducted by user charging

- Facility Check (common): repair fees for common space will be deducted by 1/N of the room

- Standards of facility check and deduction: By the details of [Check In Sheet] from the beginning of the semester.

- If the repairing and cleaning fees exceed over 100,000 won, the difference will be charged additionally. 

5. Refund

- Deposit of 2020-2: Around the middle of January, 2021 after the individual deduction

- Deposit of Winter Extension Stay: in the middle of March, 2021
