Students who are planning to stay in the dormitory must submit "Chest X-ray results(for tuberculosis test) (흉부 X선 진단서(결핵))".

The TB X-ray inspection certificate must be submitted EVERY SEMESTER (by the end of February or August).

However, these days some hospitals are closed and don't provide X-ray service due to the Covid-19 concerns.

If so, you must report to the dormitory office regarding your belated submission and sign for the agreement form (제출서약서) certifying that you will submit the X-ray results when possible.

If you don't take the X-ray test yet or will take it later on, please visit the dormitory office (dorm D #113) and ask for the agreement form.

기숙사 입사자로서 흉부X레이 제출을 해야하오나, 현재 병원 사정상 검사결과를 빨리 받지 못하였습니다.

원활한 입사를 위해 학생에게 제출서약서를 작성하도록 안내 부탁드립니다. 최대한 빠른 시일 내에 흉부X레이 결과를 제출하도록 하겠습니다.
