Please make your dormitory application according to the following notice.

* Main Schedule
1. Housing Application :2019. 2. 1.(Fri) 10:00 ~ 2. 8.(Fri) 16:00
2. Room Assignments(in case of being newly assigned) : 2019. 2. 22.(Fri) 17:00 ~
3. Move-in Date : 2019. 2. 27.(Wed) 09:00 ~ 3. 3.(Sun) 18:00
4. Announcement of Dorm Deposit & Payment : 2019. 2. 27.(Wed) 09:00 ~ 3. 6.(Wed) 23:59* Please check your application process & status as follows:
- STEP 01 - Housing Guidance: confirm
- STEP 02 - Agreement to usage of private information: Agree & Confirm- STEP 03 - Information submission
: Room type-[Double room] (*Please note that roommate request is not available.)
-> Check 'Dorm Scholarship' -> Check 'I Agree to the regulations.' and [Apply]!- STEP 04 - Application is Completed
- After those steps, please click [Songdo Dormitory] - [Application Veri/Modification] page whether your application has been well "completed". If you see the page below, your application has been successfully done.
*** SUMMARY FOR IMPORTANT THINGS ***
1. All students MUST keep the preset period above.
2. All students MUST submit TWO medical certificates when moving in.
(a) X-ray inspection certificate (for tuberculosis): MUST BE SUBMITTED EVERY SEMESTER (students should take x-ray once again!)
(b) MMR Vaccination certificate(for "2nd" vaccination) : if you have already submitted it, you don't need to hand in again.
3. All students MUST pay DORM DEPOSIT (100,000 KRW) within a preset period above.
4. (FROM THIS SPRING SEMESTER) NEW ROOM ASSIGNMENT
Due to lack of spaces in school, we are regretful to say that the school couldn't avoid to make SOME of students to MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM and have TWO ROOMMATES from this Spring semester. The new room assignments will be placed "randomly".
If some of you are assigned to another room, you will be informed from the office of the new room number on Feb 11th and you should move into the new room by (Thur) February 14th, 2019.
