notice 게시판읽기 ( Course Withdrawal for Intensive Course )

게시글 내용: Students who wish to drop *GIT intensive courses* should complete the withdrawal application form with the Professor's signature and submit it to the United Graduate School of Theology administration office in time.

1. Use the attached withdrawal application form.
2. Application Period: (Mon) May 20th ~ (Fri) May 24th, 2019
3. Place of Submission: GIT Office, 1F, Veritas C Hall 109 (Songdo campus)
4. Remarks
a) Signatures of the course instructors are required.
b) At least one course needs to remain registered after the withdrawal.
c) A withdrawn course is not replaceable by another class.
d) Although a withdrawn class has no effect on the GPA, 'W' (withdrawal) will appear as a remark for every withdrawn class in the official transcript. 'W' will still be reflected even if you retake the class.
e) Please ensure that you have written the course code correctly (e.g. TGUXXXX).
f) Please confirm the record of the course withdrawal at the Yonsei portal site later on.
