Students who wish to withdraw courses should complete the withdrawal application form signed by the applicant, and the course instructors and submit the form to the United Graduate School of Theology administration office within the application period.


1. Use the attached withdrawal application form.

2. Application Period:Oct. 2 (Tue.) ~ Oct. 5 (Fri.), 2018

3. Place of Submission
  a) UGST Office, 1F, H. G. Underwood Theology Hall 113 (Sinchon campus) or

  b) GIT Office, 1F, Veritas C Hall 109 (Songdo campus)


4. Remarks

  a) Signatures of the course instructors are required.

  b) At least one course needs to remain registered after the withdrawal. In addition, a withdrawn course is not replaceable by another class.)
  c) Although a withdrawn class has no effect on the GPA, 'W' (withdrawal) will appear as a remark for every withdrawn class in the official transcript. 'W' will still be reflected even if you retake the class.

  d) Please ensure that you have written the course code correctly.

  e) Please confirm the record of the course withdrawal at the Yonsei portal site.
