How to Pay the Tuition Fee (For Student NOT Receiving a GIT Scholarship)

- Locating Your Bank Account No.: Academic Information → Registration → Print out a notice of registration → Print

- Payment Confirmation: Academic Information → Registration → Tuition payment confirmation printout → Print

Leave of Absence

In principle, a GIT student cannot take a leave of absence while receiving a scholarship. If there is substantial reason for taking a leave of absence, it must be in accordance with the School regulations and Bylaws of UGST. 



How to Apply for a Leave of Absence

1. Make an appointment with the GIT Director and obtain his/her permission.

2. Go to Yonsei Portal (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) Academic Information → Academic Affairs → Student → Application for a leave of absence


Return

When a student wishes to return to school, he/she must contact the GIT Office at least two months before the semester starts to notify the intention to return (otherwise the office cannot issue the certificate of returning admissions on time). The student should follow the Office’s guidelines and cooperate with the Office for the issuance of the returning visa issuance.
