<Spring 2026 Shim Jae(심재) Study Room Locker Application Notice>

- Period: March 3 (Tuesday) to March 5 (Thursday), 2026

- Target: doctoral students of the UGST

- Required Documents: Application form attached

- Submission: College of Theology Administration Team (Wonduwoo Theology Building, Room 113 or  woon616@yonsei.ac.kr)

- Additional Information

In case of a large number of applicants, selection priority will be given to:

a. Those who meet the completion requirements

b. Those who have completed the colloquium

c. Priority by academic semester

Notification of locker allocation will be made individually on March 6 (Friday) if your application is successful.

Students who were using lockers in the 2nd semester of 2025 can continue to use them without reapplying.

However, if you are taking a leave of absence or wish to discontinue use, you must inform the Administration Team and return the locker.

※Important Notice※

If a locker is found to be used without permission by someone who has not applied by the Fall 2025 semester or is not eligible, the items inside will be forcibly removed by Thursday, March 5, 2026. Please make sure to empty the locker by then.

*Removed items will not be stored.

ㅇ 기간: 2026. 3. 3.(화)~3. 5.(목)

ㅇ 대상: 신과대학 대학원, 연합신학대학원 박사과정

ㅇ 제출서류: 첨부의 신청서

ㅇ 제출처: 신과대학 행정팀 (원두우신학관 113호 혹은 이메일 제출. woon616@yonsei.ac.kr)

ㅇ 참고사항

1) 신청인원이 많을 경우 선발 우선순위

  가. 이수요건을 갖춘 자

  나. 콜로키움을 완료한 자

  다. 학기 우선

2) 배정 가능한  경우 3. 6.(금)에 개별적으로 안내 예정

3) 2025-2학기에 사물함을 사용하던 원생은 별도의 신청 없이 계속 사용 가능 

     (단, 휴학 또는 사용을 중단할 경우 행정팀에 알린 후 사물함 반납 필수)

※ 중 요 공 지 ※

2025-2학기까지 신청을 하지 않으셨거나, 대상이 아닌 분께서 임의(무단) 사용하는 사물함이 발견될 경우

2026. 03. 05.(목)까지 물품을 강제 정리할 예정이니 반드시 사물함을 비워주시기 바랍니다.

* 강제 정리된 물품은 별도로 보관하지 않으며, 모든 책임은 당사자에게 있습니다.
