Guidelines for the Withdrawal of 2022 Spring Semester Course(s)


If you are unable to continue taking classes due to unavoidable reasons, please submit the application form according to the following instructions.


1. Use the attached withdrawal application form


2. Application Period : Apr. 4 (Mon.) ~ Apr. 6 (Wed.), 2022


3. How to Apply: Fill out the attached form and send to the GIT Office (gitoffice@yonsei.ac.kr)


4. Remarks

    1) Signatures of the course instructors are required.

    2) At least one course needs to remain registered after the withdrawal. In addition, a withdrawn course is not replaceable by another class.

    3) Although a withdrawn class has no effect on the GPA, 'W'(withdrawal) will appear as a remark for every withdrawn class in the official transcript. 'W' will still be reflected even if you retake the class.

    4) Please ensure that you have written the course code correctly.

    5) Please confirm the record of the course withdrawal at the Yonsei portal site. 

     - Course > Course Enrollment > Enrollment Status (marked "W")
