2. Since the 1st semester of 2017, the Ministry of International Affairs has implemented on-campus agency service for the convenience of foreign students. The service will also be at service in the 2nd semester of 2021 as follows.

3. Important Notice

a. (ARC Applicatioin) From December 2020, you need to submit the required documents for your ARC Application via online link above so that the KISF visa agency will collect your documents and submit to the immigration office on your behalf.

b. (ARC Extension) Students whose ARC was about to expire before September 30th has been given a grace period by the end of December without applying for an extension. Therefore, the agency service for ARC extension will be at service around the end of November accordingly (TBA)

c. People with under quarantine & suspected COVID-19 are never allowed to use school visits or group reception services (allowed to register by proxy)

d. It is essential to wear a face mask when visiting and minimize contacting with others.
