For Songdo dormitory residents who have violated the dormitory regulations, some penalty points will be given as follows, according to the act of violation.
Please note that dormitory residents with penalty points that exceed 20 points will be expelled from the dormitory.

Any illegal acts inside and outside in dormitory (violence, sexual violence, theft, gambling, possession and taking drug, etc.)

Not responding when administrative team or security office ask to inspect the room in case of necessity

Staying or accompanying with the opposite gender in room (including community room)

Using safety facilities for security or fire prevention in case of non-emergency

Entering unauthorized gates without permission

Carrying or using the inflammables and other dangerous goods

Carrying prohibited items (including liquor, even empty bottles) or cooking inside room without permission

Drinking or smoking in prohibited area

Trespassing on restricted area (vacant room, unapproved seminar room, etc.)

Accompanying outsiders into the dormitory or provide them with accommodation

Forging, altering, transferring or renting the access card

Taking or opening other people’s mail illegally

Changing rooms without a permission of the administrative team

Carrying pets in dormitory

Using public facilities in dormitory for personal use, or causing damages

Making a fuss, noise or, any disturbances in dormitory

Hindering roommate’s privacy

Moving a furniture arbitrarily or fabricating key holder in the room

Attaching posters without approval in non-designation area

Carrying or using any electric heating appliances in the room (coffee maker, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, hotpot, electric pad, heater, fan heater, an electric kettle, an oven, stove, a radiator, etc.)

Asking to open the room when you don’t have a card or lost it (warning until three times, one penalty point will be given from fourth violation)
