Spring 2024 Visa Agency Service for Foreign Students

Please be informed that the Spring 2024 Visa Agency Service for foreign students will be operated by the Yonsei Office of International Affairs. This service is designed to facilitate the online group application process for the Korean Alien Registration Card (ARC) and Extension of the Stay Period, offering essential assistance to our foreign students.

Starting March 2nd, the following certificates can be printed out via the Yonsei Portal:
- Residence Documents: Yonsei Portal > Academic Information System > Academic Management System > 8-a. (for dormitory residents) Yonsei Portal > Academic Management System > School Life > Songdo Dormitory > Certificate of Residence
- Certificate of Attendance: please refer to the attached guideline.
